Our housing solutions are custom-built in China according to your specifications.
The process is simple: once you create a drawing of your desired design and send it to us, our team will provide an estimated cost. The final price will depend on your selections, particularly regarding the amenities you wish to include. We will proceed with the construction, keeping you updated at every step.
Some house kits come with a comprehensive selection of materials, including essential features such as windows, doors, and roofing materials, ensuring you have everything required to build your dream home. In contrast, other kits focus on providing only the mainframe components as a foundational starter set, allowing you to personalise and customise various aspects of your house according to your unique vision and preferences.
Our containers are custom-built in China according to your specifications. The process is simple: once you create a drawing of your desired product and send it to us, our team will provide an estimated cost. The final price will depend on your selections, particularly regarding the amenities you wish to include. We will proceed with the construction, keeping you updated at every step.
We can usually arrange the delivery to your final destination. Please note that you must know local building codes and other requirements before placing the order. If needed or required, you must hire local contractors or workers to finish the installation or assembly!
At Mr Butler's W.., we believe in transparency. Please note that the listed prices do not include shipping, customs clearance, or VAT/TAX in your country. However, we want to ensure you clearly understand the total cost. Your local transport agent (arranged by our transport agency) will do the customs clearance for you. After you have paid your local transport agent, they'll deliver the container to your address. This transparency in pricing ensures that you are fully informed and confident in your decision to make a purchase.
About Mr Butler's W..
Before the severe accident in 2018, I, Mr Butler, ran my successful handyman services for over 30 years. I've worked as a residential remodeler and maintenance manager in Northern Europe. I've worked on nearly all aspects of building and DIY, including project planning and permitting, exterior renovation, and interior remodelling.
The North is a geographical and cultural region in Northern Europe and the North Atlantic, where the Vikings' Mr. & Miss Butler's Workshop is.
I'm also a specialist in kitchen and bath renovations. I've also worked on roofing, plumbing, basic electrical work, drywall, carpentry, tiling, painting, and more. In addition to the above, I, Mr. Butler, am a PMP, a Pest Management Professional, also known as a Pest Control Specialist or exterminator.
Nowadays (after the accident in 2018, which limited my mobility by 80% and put me out of business, so to speak!), I like to spend more time on my woodworking hobbies and innovations. In addition, I use most of my free time these days to give our family house a facelift. Both on the inside and outside, remodel the outdoor living space and make short videos and blog posts about the process of my projects, which I upload to my YouTube channel, which you can find listed under Mr Butler's W..
In the past, I often shot photos of exciting projects but did not have any videos. Back then, no one recorded their daily workdays as they do nowadays.
